All your orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Please allow 2 - 6 working days for your order to reach you.

USA SHIPPING

I ship to the USA via Royal Mail International Tracked service. The shipping cost you pay at checkout covers all duties and customs fees - no surprise fees on arrival.

Please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure parcels reach you safely.

US shipping costs calculated at checkout:

£10 small orders

£16 small/medium

£21 medium orders (any order including wrapping paper will be a minimum of £21 shipping)

£26 larger orders

EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the complexity of new international customs regulations and import fees, unfortunately I no longer ship outside of the UK and USA.

RETURNS

I sincerely hope that you are happy with your products - but if for any reason you are not, I can offer a refund as long as the item is returned in a saleable condition (unless it arrived with you faulty/damaged) within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
